In The Yard is a 5000m² co-working space with flexible offices, meeting rooms, and social areas. Its design combines a cosy feel with open, adaptable layouts that change to meet users' needs. Natural wood and modern touches create a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Each floor offers a mix of functions, encouraging creativity and connection. At the center is a large open space with meeting areas, work zones, and an auditorium. A 1400m² indoor garden connects seamlessly with the workspaces, adding to the sense of unity. In The Yard focuses on well-being and sustainability, earning a WELL GOLD certificate for its healthy indoor climate, natural light, good acoustics, and support for movement.Co-working space
